3. Reservations and Payments

4. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

A vehicle condition report will be generated and signed at the time of pick-up. You will be liable for any damage or loss up to the excess amount, unless you obtain further insurance. Damage resulting from negligence or misuse remains your responsibility regardless of insurance coverage.
Cancellation Policy and Modifications
Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice period provided. For precise information, please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Be aware that late cancellations or no-shows may incur additional charges.
7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- Use of the vehicle for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Engaging in racing, rallying, off-roading, or any dangerous driving practices is not allowed. Transporting hazardous materials, sub-letting the vehicle, or permitting unauthorized drivers is forbidden. Driving under the influence of substances or for purposes not intended by the vehicle’s design is unacceptable. Exceeding passenger or weight limits, as well as driving outside designated geographical boundaries without authorization, is not permitted.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire in Cannock will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, that result from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid for the rental in the prior 12 months. This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraudulent actions.
